The commitment of IMBA is achieving high quality standards for its products with controls based on international standards such as ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 22000 and ALIMENTAIUS CODEX FAO / WHO.

IMBA is the industry leader in its Quality Control with laboratories in Cochabamba and Santa Cruz.
Sanitary and Hygiene requirements are measured, raw materials such as feed are analyzed and final products are constantly inspected by Imba laboratories. Both laboratories comply with ISO 9001 requirements. 

The laboratory work includes:
Bromatology analysis of feed components with the objective of confirming high quality of raw material content, additives and all ingredients that are destined for the farms.
Microbiological testing for units of slaughter, the department and the various poultry farms Incubation and Reproduction; ensuring that all products and processes are adequately controlled throughout the chain of production cycle from breeding, hatching the development and faeneo chickens.

Constant laboratory personnel are trained and instructed in techniques of microbiological and bromatological, constantly updating and improving the methods and scientific advances. All of this in order to make more efficient the work of this important department and give the guarantee of health for all products.
Health security plan

IMBA has a health insurance plan that meets rigid. The team of veterinarians, farm managers and warehouses are regularly trained in the art.
Thanks to these biosecurity measures to control the chicken’s health and ensuring a healthy economic development, and obtaining a product of high quality healthcare. This factor was successful for our exit to the outside.
 
According to company policy, improvement of living conditions and growing consumer expectations and public as SENASAG; is  the reason that IMBA SA has implemented a preventive system that provides adequate safety and security of their products, making a continuous monitoring and control and establishing the so-called Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP: Good Manufacturing Practices), which are hygienic practices in food handling for human consumption and which aims to ensure the production and development of safe and healthy foods that meet all legal requirements and health.

IMBA S.A. has the best and appropriate facilities to ensure healthy and hygienic products meet the requirements of their sanitation facilities, also trainings and constantly checks the health of staff in accordance with strict sanitary requirements. The production sector company uses the so-called Sanitation Operating Procedures (SOPs) that include pre-operational sanitation and operational preventing direct contamination of the products, verifying and controlling the quality of these products by the control established by laboratory of the company, which develops all the microbiological testing of facilities and products, ensuring they meet all the requirements of food safety in all processes.
